The Career Achievement Network community gave me guidance through a slump in my job search - KB

Welcome to The Career Achievement Network!

Welcome to our online member community. We hope you will explore the various features our site has to offer. We created this online space for you to login and create a dynamic member profile, collaborate on projects, share your ideas and expertise – and, most important, connect with your fellow members.

Share, collaborate, exchange and grow – that's why we're here and we hope you are too. Engage and explore anytime, from anywhere there's a web connection.

Welcome. We're glad you're here.

A community is an inviting, energizing place to connect, discuss, share, learn …and we say it should be a place to Achieve.

The Career Achievement Network was founded on the knowledge that a desirable, rewarding career is a journey. A journey with mountaintops and valleys, storms and calm waters. A journey where not just a single one point-of-view will cover all contingencies.

That a network -of Achievers, of experts, of others in the same position each of us is in right now -is a community. A networked community serving the single purpose of guiding each in the Community to Achieve their purpose and aspirations. As they say, a rising tide floats all boats!

Careers are for a lifetime, from junior high school to retirement (and may be broader than that!). It's a journey. As in journeys of reward and satisfaction, certain fundamentals drive success. The fundamentals of a successful lifetime career are:

Strengths-based: Each of us is born with unique and natural talents; talents to be exercised into amazing strengths. Strengths to be leveraged, while mitigating the impact of our lesser strengths

Balanced among life's priorities: Spheres that are out-of-balance wobble, slow down and are less impressive. Same with us –we wobble, slow down and become less impressive (and less happy) when our life becomes unbalanced

Proactive: Always engaged, always learning, working the plan, reducing time in transition; dictating the pace and growth of your career

Know Where You're Going?

Come join us on a journey of your lifetime. The Career Achievement Network stands ready to arm you with the compass, maps, knapsack and Navigational Necessities™ to help you discover find your True North. Collectively we'll accompany you on the journey, kind of your personal guide to get you to the summit and back safely.
